|Bunkyo tsutsuji matsuri||One of the 5 yearly azalea flower festivals held in the Bunkyo Ward. Watch more than 3,000 azalea’s in full bloom on the Nezu Shrine grounds.||Apr 6 – May 5, 2019|
|Sanja matsuri||Large crowds of spectators and participants gather in the Asakusa District for an enormous religious procession known as the Sanja Matsuri.||Third weekend of May|
|Jingu-gaien fireworks||One of the largest firework shows in Tokyo to commemorate the founding of the Meiji Jingu Shrine. The event is usually accompanied by musical performances and can be enjoyed from multiple locations across the city.||Usually on August 11 but dates can change on account of rain.|
